RESERVATIONSFor all room reservations, inquiries, amendments, or cancellations, please contact us at rsvn@dayangbayresort.com. To secure your booking, credit card details are required. However, your credit card will not be charged upon confirmation. Instead, Dayang Bay Resort Langkawi will perform a pre-authorization to ensure the card is valid, in accordance with our cancellation policy. If our Front Office team finds the provided credit card to be invalid, expired, or otherwise unsuitable for pre-authorization, we will contact you via rsvn@dayangbayresort.com or phone to request an alternative payment method. Failure to provide a valid credit card within the required timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of your booking. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a Confirmation Voucher via email. Please present the Booking ID along with a valid NRIC or Passport upon check-in. The registered guest must be the same person named in the booking. Dayang Bay Resort Langkawi reserves the right to cancel or reject any reservation if this condition is not met. Your room will be held until 6:00 PM on the scheduled check-in date. If you do not arrive by this time and have not informed us in advance via email (rsvn@dayangbayresort.com), your booking will be considered canceled. For multiple bookings, if a guest fails to check in on the scheduled date, the resort reserves the right to accommodate another guest for the remaining stay without prior notice. In such cases, the previous booking will be considered canceled. Upon check-in, you will be required to provide a credit card for verification or pay a security deposit. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out, minus any deductions for damages or losses incurred during your stay at Dayang Bay Resort Langkawi.

AMENDMENT & CANCELLATIONFor any amendments or cancellations, please contact rsvn@dayangbayresort.com. Any changes to your booking, including arrival dates or the number of rooms, must be made at least 14 days before your scheduled check-in date. For group bookings (5 rooms or more), amendments must be requested at least 30 days in advance via email. Amendments made within 14 days (individual bookings) or 30 days (group bookings) prior to check-in are subject to the resort’s discretion and may be declined. All amendments, including changes to dates, number of guests, rooms, or nights, are subject to the prevailing room rates, and additional charges may apply. If your booking falls under our Free Cancellation Policy, you must notify us via email at rsvn@dayangbayresort.com at least 10 days before your scheduled check-in date. Failure to cancel within this period will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's stay. Any modifications to your booking, such as changes to check-in dates, room categories, or length of stay, will require cancellation of the initial booking. You must rebook your stay under the updated details. Definitions Free Cancellation No charges will be imposed if cancellation or amendments are made at least 10 days before the scheduled check-in date. Guests may cancel or modify their booking in accordance with the Amendment & Cancellation Policy above. Non-Refundable Bookings The full room charges will be collected at the time of booking. No refunds or amendments will be allowed. No-Show Policy If a guest fails to check in without prior notification, the booking will be considered a "No Show." The full room charges will be applied.

CONFIRMATION DETAILSDuring the booking process, if your preferred room type is unavailable, an alternative option will be displayed, subject to availability. Kindly ensure that all booking details, including dates, room type, room rates, and the number of guests, are accurately selected. We shall not be held responsible for any discrepancies or errors in your booking details. For the comfort and safety of all guests, the following items are strictly prohibited within the resort premises: Pets or livestock. Non-prescribed drugs, flammable liquids, biohazardous materials, or heavy machinery. Electronic or electrical appliances that may interfere with the resort's computer networks or systems. Personal bedding, including pillows, bed sheets, and duvets. Kitchen utensils or equipment for cooking purposes. Any other items that may disrupt the resort’s operations or interfere with the experience of other guests. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

DAMAGEDayang Bay Resort Langkawi reserves the right to initiate legal action against guests for any damages caused to the rooms or property during their stay. The resort also retains the right to charge the guest’s credit card for the full cost of any damages without prior notification. If the total cost of damages cannot be fully recovered from the credit card, Dayang Bay Resort Langkawi may proceed with legal action against the guest without further notice.

RIGHT TO REFUSE ACCOMMODATIONDayang Bay Resort Langkawi reserves the absolute right to refuse accommodation to any individual without prior notice and may cancel a booking or terminate an event immediately without liability for any refund or compensation under the following circumstances, including but not limited to: Safety and Security Concerns If such action is deemed necessary for reasons of safety or security. If the individual is involved in unlawful activities, causing disturbances, or engaging in behavior that creates a public nuisance and disrupts the comfort of other guests. Conduct and Condition If a guest’s conduct, status, age, or physical condition—or the condition of their luggage—is deemed to (i) cause harm or discomfort or (ii) pose a hazard or risk to themselves, other guests, or resort property. If a guest has engaged in misconduct during a previous stay, and such behavior is likely to be repeated. Fraudulent or Unpaid Bookings If the applicable rates, charges, or taxes have not been paid. If the payment method used for the booking is fraudulent, including but not limited to: The use of a stolen or fraudulent credit card. A credit card reported as lost or stolen. A booking that is counterfeit or fraudulently obtained. Unauthorized or Tampered Bookings If the booking has been made unlawfully, fraudulently, or through an unauthorized third party. If the booking details have been altered, tampered with, or defaced by any party other than the resort or its authorized agents. Identity Verification If the individual checking in is not the person listed on the booking or fails to provide proof of identity matching the reservation details. The resort reserves the right to retain booking documentation under such circumstances. Dayang Bay Resort Langkawi upholds these policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable experience for all guests.
